Kevin Freytag Joins Hemenway & Barnes as Counsel in the Litigation Group

Hemenway & Barnes LLP, one of Boston’s preeminent legal and fiduciary firms, is pleased to announce that Kevin S. Freytag has joined the firm as counsel in the Litigation Group. Kevin represents public and private clients in all phases of complex disputes and litigation. His experience includes real estate, land use and zoning, construction, commercial litigation and a broad range of municipal and state issues.

Kevin has 17 years of litigation experience representing clients before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, Appeals Court, Appellate Tax Board, Superior Court, Land Court, and Probate and Family Court. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Lead Counsel for Milton, MA and Scituate, MA. He began his legal career working at the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted numerous criminal and civil cases in District and Superior Court.
