  • Negotiated cross-easement rights for a shared driveway between adjacent multi-family residential developments in a fast-growing Boston suburb.
  • Represented a national banking institution on the refinancing of a shopping center located on ground leased land with both existing term debt and new construction funding for leasehold improvements.
  • Counseled a family business investing in real estate development projects as a co-general partner joint venture with local developers and subsequent institutional equity financings.
  • Represented a land trust in the acquisition, restriction and sale of a historic home to be renovated and maintained in accordance with historic preservation and natural conservation guidelines in a rural neighborhood.
