Dylan O’Sullivan is an associate in the Litigation Group at Hemenway & Barnes. He counsels clients on a broad range of issues, including land use and permitting, business litigation, probate litigation, and administrative and election law. He has advised clients on zoning appeals, prescription/adverse possession claims, contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, will contests, and campaign finance and ballot access law. Dylan has represented clients before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, Appeals Court, Land Court, Superior Court, Federal District Court, Appellate Tax Board, state District Courts, and in American Arbitration Association arbitration.

Before joining Hemenway & Barnes, Dylan served as a law clerk for Justice Neyman on the Massachusetts Appeals Court. As a student at Northeastern University School of Law, Dylan served as a legal intern in the Litigation Group at Hemenway & Barnes, as a judicial intern to Chief Justice Gants on the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, and as a Rappaport Fellow in the Massachusetts Office of Senate Counsel.

Prior to law school, Dylan worked as a legal assistant in the Office of Legal Counsel of Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick and as a constituent services director in the office of U.S. Representative Seth Moulton.
