Debra Villani is Director of Records and Information Governance. She is responsible for overseeing the management of physical and electronic records and information, including ensuring security of records. Debra works closely with the firm’s IT department, accounting, trust and tax departments, family office service, attorneys, and staff to efficiently maintain client records, mitigate risk and improve client service.

She previously served as Manager of Information Technology with responsibility for all firm computers, telephone systems, mobile devices, website operations, trust system operations, tax system operations, Philanthropic Advisory Services databases, and human resources databases.

Debra also oversees records and information governance at our affiliate, Hemenway Trust Company.
